
Ghee Flavoured Rice

A fragrant rice dish made with the richness of ghee and mild spices.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 tbsp Anaamrit ghee
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cardamoms
- 1 clove
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups water
Method:
- Wash and soak the basmati rice for 20 minutes.
- Heat Anaamrit ghee in a deep pan. Add bay leaf, cardamom, and clove.
- Drain rice and add to the pan. Sauté gently in ghee for 2 minutes.
- Add 2 cups water and salt. Stir once and cover.
- Cook on low flame until rice is fluffy.
Serving Tip: Pair with dal tadka, paneer curry, or raita.
Health Note: Ghee helps enhance the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins from rice and spices.
