“I grew up surrounded by soil, seasons, and stories. My grandfather laid the foundation of Ekant Farms, and my father nurtured it into the thriving, self-sustaining ecosystem it is today. For three generations, we’ve lived with the land, growing what we eat, feeding back what we take, and staying grounded in the rhythms of nature.

After nearly a decade across Europe, studying law, working in diplomacy, and learning from food cultures around the world, I returned home. But I also came back to a land that was changing. Around the region, climate patterns had shifted, soils were losing strength, and farming, I saw, was becoming about extraction, not renewal. I knew we had to protect what we had and pass on the lessons sown by those before us.

We keep our ways intact while helping other farmers around us do the same. Over time, out of this vision came something larger than Ekant.

A way to bring better food to more people.

A way to honour what nourishes us.
