
Panchmeva Ghee Halwa

A festive halwa enriched with dry fruits and ghee.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- 3 tbsp Anaamrit ghee
- ¼ cup mixed nuts and raisins, chopped
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1½ cups hot water
Method:
- Lightly roast dry fruits in 1 tsp ghee; set aside.
- Roast flour in remaining ghee until deep golden.
- Add hot water gradually, then sugar; cook until glossy.
- Fold in roasted dry fruits and serve warm.
Serving Tip: Shape into small bowls for neat portions.
