Panchmeva Ghee Halwa

A festive halwa enriched with dry fruits and ghee.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 tbsp Anaamrit ghee
  • ¼ cup mixed nuts and raisins, chopped
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1½ cups hot water

Method:

  1. Lightly roast dry fruits in 1 tsp ghee; set aside.
  2. Roast flour in remaining ghee until deep golden.
  3. Add hot water gradually, then sugar; cook until glossy.
  4. Fold in roasted dry fruits and serve warm.

Serving Tip: Shape into small bowls for neat portions.

Health Note: Nuts add micronutrients and healthy fats.
