
Kada Prasad (Atta Halwa)

A temple-style whole wheat halwa saturated with ghee.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup Anaamrit ghee

1½ cups hot water
Method:
- Roast flour slowly in ghee until deep golden and nutty.
- Stir in hot water carefully, whisking to avoid lumps.
- Add sugar and cook until glossy and it leaves the pan.

Finish when it begins to release ghee.
Serving Tip: Offer warm in small portions.
