
Ghee Roast Dosa

A crispy South Indian favorite cooked entirely with ghee.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups dosa batter
- 2 tbsp Anaamrit ghee
Method:
- Heat dosa tawa until hot.
- Spread one ladle of batter thinly in a circular motion.
- Drizzle ghee along the edges and over the dosa.
- Cook until crisp and golden brown.
- Fold and serve hot.
Serving Tip: Best enjoyed with coconut chutney and sambar.
Health Note: Cooking dosa in ghee instead of oil adds aroma and aids digestion.
