Ghee Roast Dosa

A crispy South Indian favorite cooked entirely with ghee.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups dosa batter
  • 2 tbsp Anaamrit ghee

Method:

  1. Heat dosa tawa until hot.
  2. Spread one ladle of batter thinly in a circular motion.
  3. Drizzle ghee along the edges and over the dosa.
  4. Cook until crisp and golden brown.
  5. Fold and serve hot.

Serving Tip: Best enjoyed with coconut chutney and sambar.
Health Note:
Cooking dosa in ghee instead of oil adds aroma and aids digestion.
