Every Anaamrit product is hand-prepared on our family farms in Haryana, packed to order, and shipped through trusted courier partners across India. This policy explains where we ship, how long it takes, what it costs, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit. We aim to be transparent about every step so there are no surprises.
In short: we ship pan-India, dispatch within 1–2 business days, and most parcels arrive in 2–7 days depending on your location. Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1,800. We send tracking via WhatsApp and email the moment your parcel leaves our farm.
1. Where we ship
Anaamrit currently ships across India to all serviceable pincodes. We work with a network of trusted national logistics partners — including Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and Ecom Express — and the most reliable carrier for your pincode is selected automatically at checkout.
We do not ship outside India at this time. If you are an international customer interested in our products, please write to us at info@anaamrit.com — we will let you know when international shipping becomes available.
Shipping zones
Your delivery time and shipping charge are determined by the shipping zone your pincode falls into. Our fulfilment centre is in the North zone, so deliveries within North India are fastest. Zone boundaries follow industry-standard regional groupings:

Checking your pincode
Some remote pincodes are not serviceable by any of our carriers. If your pincode is not supported, you will see a notice at checkout. Please contact us and we can often arrange an alternative delivery route — including direct dispatch from our farm for nearby districts in Haryana, Delhi NCR, and parts of Punjab and Uttar Pradesh.
2. Order processing time
Because our products are hand-prepared and packed fresh, every order goes through a brief processing window before dispatch:
· Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
· Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST, on Sundays, or on national holidays are processed the next business day.
· Most orders dispatch within 1–2 business days. During festival seasons (Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, Holi) or during exceptional demand, processing may take up to 3 business days. We will inform you in advance.
Why we do not ship same-day: our ghee is freshly bilona-churned in small batches, our honey is poured fresh, and our atta is freshly stone-milled. The wait is part of how we keep things truly fresh — never warehoused for weeks.
3. Delivery timelines
Delivery time is measured from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed. Estimates are typical ranges from our courier partners — actual delivery may vary by 1–2 days due to weather, route load, or local conditions.

Total time from order to delivery = processing time (1–2 days) + transit time (above). For example, a prepaid order to Bengaluru typically reaches you within 4–7 days of placing the order. For Delhi NCR, 2–4 days.
4. Shipping charges
We keep shipping pricing simple, transparent, and the same across most of India. The final charge is always displayed at checkout before you pay — no hidden fees.

Worked examples
· Prepaid order of ₹2,200 (1L A2 Sahiwal Ghee) to Bengaluru: free shipping. You pay ₹2,200.
· Prepaid order of ₹950 (500ml ghee) to Lucknow: ₹79 shipping. You pay ₹1,029.
· COD order of ₹950 to Pune: ₹79 shipping + ₹50 COD = ₹129 in fees. You pay ₹1,079 at delivery.
· Prepaid order of ₹2,430 (Goodness Bundle) to Guwahati (remote): free shipping + ₹49 remote surcharge. You pay ₹2,479.
Why free shipping kicks in at ₹1,800
It is the threshold that lets us send a 1L jar of ghee or a curated bundle to any corner of India without compromising on our packaging quality or the freshness of what is inside. Below that, the flat ₹79 covers our actual logistics cost.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on most pincodes for orders up to ₹5,000. A flat ₹50 handling fee applies on top of the shipping charge. Please note:
· Our team may WhatsApp or call you to confirm COD orders above ₹1,500 before dispatch. Please respond promptly — unconfirmed orders may be held back to prevent loss.
· Please be available to receive your parcel on the scheduled delivery date. Couriers typically attempt 1–2 deliveries before returning the parcel to us (RTO).
· Repeated COD refusals or unavailability may lead to your account being restricted from future COD orders. Prepaid options remain available.
· COD is not available for remote pincodes with very long transit times — those orders must be prepaid.
· Bulk and B2B orders are prepaid only.
6. Order tracking
You will receive tracking through three channels the moment your order leaves our farm:
· WhatsApp message from our official number with a tracking link.
· Email to your registered address with tracking number, courier name, and a tracking link.
· In your Anaamrit account, under "Orders", with live status updates.
If you have not received tracking within 48 hours of placing the order (excluding weekends), please WhatsApp us at +91 93505 34307 with your order number. Most of the time it is a delay in the courier system rather than a stuck order — we will confirm and update you immediately.
7. Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address, landmark, and phone number at checkout. Couriers can only deliver to the address provided, and we cannot intercept parcels mid-transit.
If you spot a mistake
· Before dispatch — WhatsApp us within 1 hour of placing the order at +91 93505 34307. We can usually correct the address.
· After dispatch — address changes are no longer possible. If the courier flags the address as undeliverable, we will reach out to coordinate.
Wrong address provided by you
If the parcel is returned to us (RTO) because the address you provided was incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable, we will refund the product value minus the original shipping cost and a flat ₹49 re-shipping/RTO handling fee. We can also re-ship to a corrected address — you would only pay the new shipping charge.
8. Delays and exceptions
Sometimes things slow down outside our control. When they do, we will reach out to you proactively on WhatsApp or email. Common reasons:
· Weather disruptions — monsoon delays, fog, cyclones.
· Courier hub issues — strikes, fires, regional disruptions.
· Festival peaks — Diwali, Christmas/New Year, Holi shipping volumes.
· Restricted delivery zones — areas with security restrictions or limited access.
Our promise: if your parcel is stuck in transit for more than 10 days from dispatch (or 14 days for remote pincodes), message us and we will act — either expedite tracking with the courier, ship a replacement, or refund. Our shipments are covered under transit insurance for the full invoice value, so we can act without waiting on courier investigations.
9. Damaged or lost in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, leaked, with a broken seal, or does not arrive at all, our Refund & Replacement Policy covers you fully. Briefly:
· Damaged or leaked on arrival — report within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp/email with photos. We ship a free replacement or full refund.
· Tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it — check with neighbours, building security, family. After 24 hours, message us. We will investigate with the courier and act without making you wait.
· Stuck in transit beyond 10 days — message us and we will resolve.

10. Our packaging
We take care to ship your order safely while keeping our environmental footprint low:
· Ghee and oils in tamper-evident glass jars and bottles, wrapped in protective layers.
· Honey in food-grade glass jars with cap seals.
· Atta in food-grade, resealable pouches inside corrugated outer boxes.
· Outer cartons made from recycled corrugated board, sealed with paper tape.
· Cushioning from recycled paper and shredded card — no plastic bubble wrap or thermocol.
If you receive a parcel with damaged outer packaging, please photograph it before opening so we can file a claim with the courier. The product inside is usually still fine, but if it is not, our refund policy covers you.
11. Working hours and holidays
Our dispatch operations run Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and the following Indian national holidays:
· Republic Day (26 January)
· Holi
· Independence Day (15 August)
· Gandhi Jayanti (2 October)
· Diwali (Lakshmi Puja day only)
· Christmas Day (25 December)
Orders placed on these days are processed on the next business day. We will announce additional festival closures (Raksha Bandhan, Bhai Dooj, regional holidays) on our website banner in advance.
