Our ghees are made from the milk of Sahiwal & Gir cows which is naturally rich in A2 proteins. These cows graze openly at Ekant Farms and are nurtured with love and care to ensure the highest quality milk.

We follow the Bilona method, a slow and artisanal process where milk curd is hand-churned to separate the butter, then simmered gently over firewood. This preserves the ghee’s golden hue, nutty aroma, and wide nutrient profile and ensures that every spoonful is as wholesome as it is flavorful.

My husband's sugar levels are stable now

My husband is diabetic and we've been searching for low GI atta locally. This Khapli wheat is the real deal—ancient grain, unprocessed, and the rotis keep him full longer. The forest honey is pure, crystallizes a bit in winter which shows it's genuine. Will reorder.

Real ancient grain taste

The atta is coarser than normal wheat but makes excellent bhakris and rotis. The honey tastes authentic—slightly bitter-sweet as wild honey should be. Only giving 4 stars because the packaging could be better. Product quality is top-notch though.

Perfect for my father's diabetes management

Bought this for my father who is pre-diabetic. The Khapli rotis are slightly darker in color but very soft and have a nice nutty flavor. The forest honey is thick and aromatic—not like the watered-down ones you get in supermarkets. Good combo at this price.
