The anna(आनन) & the amrit(अमृत)
In the Indian yogic tradition, anna(आनन) or nourishment is not merely intake; it is the amrit(अमृत) or essence of life itself. Food is not just sustenance, but a subtle force that shapes our entire being. Every bite carries the potential to heal or disturb the body, mind, heart, and spirit.
At Anaamrit, sustainability is a way of life. It’s present in the soil we care for, the food we grow, the materials we choose, and the communities we stand by. Each decision begins with one question:
For over three generations, we have farmed, grown, given back, and protecting the lands that sustain. What began as a way of living is now a way of farming that feeds thousands across the world. Each generation has carried forward the Anaamrit way, so what starts in our fields can be shared at your table.
Life at Ekant Farms
